Every time we met...

We went to a number of open homes with various agents. Some interactions were very cringy, however every interaction with Michelle was extremely pleasant. We were really happy our eventual purchase was a property that Michelle was selling as we felt the good experience would continue... and it did.

Selling our home was smooth, stress-free & exceeded our expectations thanks to an exceptional agent.

Selling our home felt like a big step, but from our very first conversation with Michelle, we knew we were in good hands. Michelle's communication was always open, honest, and timely, so we never felt out of the loop. Her knowledge of the market gave us complete confidence in every decision we made, and her advice throughout the process was invaluable. When it came to negotiations, she worked incredibly hard on our behalf and achieved a result we were absolutely thrilled with. What stood out most was Michelle's professionalism, genuine care, and commitment to making the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. We always felt like more than just clients, and we're so grateful for everything she did for us. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Michelle to anyone looking for an agent they can truly trust.

Top honest Agent

I recently sold my block of land at shell Cove. I was very happy with the sold price especially in a slowing market. Michelle kept me up to date, was always honest with me and listened and acted upon my requests. I would have no hesitation in recommending Michelle and her team.

A Great Experience

We cannot speak highly enough about our experience with Michelle. She acted in very professional manner from start to finish and was backed up by efficient staff. Her communication and advice was first class and through her efforts we were able to sell our house within eight days of listing. Her pricing was also very competitive. Thoroughly recommended.
